Food + Fitness 2016 Goals

I make New Year's resolutions in December and use the first several weeks as a trial to make sure the resolutions are doable. Only then can I share with my blog readers, all two of you (Mom & Dad?). Some of these are a stretch. For example, I have already succumbed to the vending machine at work three times this year. But I won't throw in the towel just yet! Today marks the first day of the rest of 2016.

Avoid List

  • Vending machines

  • Milk + cereal

  • Mediocre desserts

  • Deep-fried foods (except my own cooking)


Meal Goals

  • Liquid breakfasts

  • Carb-fest for lunch

  • Vegetables + meat for dinner

  • Fruit and/or juice before bed

Fitness Goals

  • Climb 3-4 times a week, including 1x outdoors

  • Practice pull-ups before + after climbing

  • 300 workout once a week

  • Run once a week
