For a quick and healthy snack, grab a handful of raw almonds, sprinkle with a few drops of water and olive oil, add some fresh rosemary, and sprinkle with sea salt. Toss with your bare fingers and bake at 400 degree F for 10-12 minutes, tossing every 3 minutes.
Don't be tempted to eat them right away. While the almonds are still hot, they are chewy and will get stuck in your teeth. Be patient - after 30 minutes of cooling down, the almonds will be crunchy and delightful!
The original recipe is from the cookbook in the picture, One Good Dish by David Tanis.
